Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering complex automation and engineering projects? We are looking for a driven and highly organised Senior Project Manager to join our growing team and lead projects from initiation through to successful completion.
About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will take full ownership of multiple projects, managing them both strategically and technically. Working autonomously, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor project performance, and ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple engineering and automation projects from start to finish.
- Take full responsibility for the technical and strategic execution of assigned projects.
- Coordinate internal teams, customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and ensure all milestones and deadlines are achieved.
- Manage project budgets and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
- Proactively manage project risks and resolve issues as they arise.
- Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement across project delivery processes.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in a similar Project Management position.
- A degree in Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, Control & Instrumentation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Management.
- A recognised Project Management certification (such as PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent).
- Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced engineering environment.
- Fluent English language skills.
- German language skills are essential, with the ability to speak and understand German confidently.
