I joined Talos Automation in February 2017 as a trainee and was quickly thrown in at the deep end, tasked with supporting a major US project early in my career. That experience shaped how I work today - building resilience, learning fast, and understanding the importance of trust and delivery. Since then, I’ve progressed into my role as Operations Director, where I lead a contract team focused on the US and European Automotive, Intralogistics and Life Science markets, partnering with integrators supporting OEMs. My focus now is on leadership and growth - developing high-performing teams, supporting others in their progression, and creating an environment where people can succeed. We specialise in placing skilled Engineers across all areas of Automation into complex projects, but for me, success is ultimately about people and the impact we create together. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two sons and following my passion for sport, as a season ticket holder at Portsmouth Football Club.
