Bio

My recruitment career began in 2000, during which I have supported projects across the Oil & Gas/Subsea, Infrastructure, and Automation Engineering sectors. In 2009, I transitioned into team management, and since 2013 I have held director-level positions, working closely with senior leadership teams. I have extensive experience building and developing large recruitment teams across multiple markets, mentoring emerging leaders and supporting graduate consultants in their career progression. Between 2019 and 2020, I worked client-side for a major Oil & Gas contractor as an IR35 Project Manager, giving me valuable insight into recruitment from a client perspective. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and am a passionate UEFA C-licensed football coach. I have been coaching at my local football club since 2012 and have also worked with pre-academy players at Southampton FC.
