I work with system integrators and automation specialists to support pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and advanced manufacturing projects, connecting organisations with highly skilled contract professionals across automation, controls, MES, validation, and commissioning disciplines. Prior to recruitment, I worked as an OCC Controller at SGN, where I developed strong skills in problem-solving, stakeholder communication, prioritisation, and decision-making within a fast-paced operational environment. This experience taught me the importance of building trusted relationships, managing competing demands, and delivering results under pressure. I graduated from the University of Portsmouth with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice, developing strong analytical, research, and interpersonal skills. Now building my career in specialist workforce consultancy, I am passionate about developing long-term relationships with both clients and candidates, understanding niche technical markets, and helping businesses secure the talent needed to deliver critical projects.
