Requirements
Location: International (Europe / worldwide), site / depot / test track
Objective: Responsible for commissioning rolling stock (trains, wagons, trams) including team leadership and on-site training.
Responsibilities
- Lead and perform static and dynamic testing
- Commission onboard systems (brakes, doors, HVAC, traction, PIS, control systems)
- Troubleshooting directly on the vehicle
- Coordinate commissioning teams
- Define and optimize test procedures
- Documentation and support during acceptance
- On-the-job training of technicians
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in rail commissioning
- Proven experience commissioning complete vehicles
- Experience with OEMs (e.g. Alstom, Siemens, Stadler)
- Strong knowledge in electrical engineering, control systems, integration
- Field experience
- Fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel
Required Skills
- ETCS / signaling
- PLC (Siemens TIA etc.)
- RAMS / certification
- Leadership experience
